Corey & Nicole – Engagement Session at Patterson Park

A couple weeks ago I had to pleasure to capture Corey & Nicole at Patterson Park in Baltimore City.
I had never shot at Patterson Park and was pleasantly surprise at all of the hidden treasure located there.
They were an amazing couple to work with and I look forward to their wedding in July.

Portraits – Kayla

I had the pleasure of capturing Kayla for her sweet sixteen party.

More to come soon!

Ronald Schexnayder - I picked up your card from a guy on the MARC train sometime last year; cleaning out my wallet, I came across it and desided to visit your site, very pleasing and beautiful layout. Your photography skills are to be commended, you are doing some awesome work, kindest regards, ~ron, Director, Creative Wire Professionals.

Senior Portraits – Amber

When Amber contacted me to photograph her senior portraits, I immediately said yes.
So a couple of weeks ago, we went out to face the January chill.

Lisa - Tiff, the picture that looks like its a forrest in the back and a man a woman standing there looking into each other's eyes, is one to die for. I love it! I was scrolling through and saw a winter picture of Imani that kinda, if you look real real real close could possibly look like it is a picture of me when I was little. Anyway, can you tag that picture on my FB or email it to me? Babe you got skills in more ways than one. I'm sure you aready know this but, you are truly blessed.

A New Goal :: Books, Books & More Books

I must admit, I love books. I guess you can say that I am a geek (and proud of it). It started during my freshman year of high school when I read my first romance novels. But really didn’t become an addiction until I read my first Virginia Henley romance novel freshman year of college. I absolutely love Virginia Henley & Kathleen E. Woodwiss romance novels. But I must admit that I haven’t ready any lately (I actually purchased the latest Virginia Henley novel about 6 months ago and have picked it up to read yet).

I have traded my romance novels for a new type of book. The educational book. Books about computers, hardware & software have become a staple in my arsenal. Since I started perusing my career as a photography I can say that I have purchased well over 60 books and still look to purchase more. Which should be a good thing. I said should. The problem is that I never finish them. I start reading one, then go to the bookstore and buy another, then put the first one down never to be picked up again.

I really wish Barnes & Nobles would ban me from their store (until I finish reading my latest purchase).

Well in 2009 I vow to finish at least one of the books that I have purchased. I am not going to vow not to purchase more books:: that would be impossible.

LaKaye - Awe man! 60 photo books! You should start a book club for photographers. Or a library. Can I "check out" some? :)

It Finally Happened

It’s finally happened on the 8th day of January. Today has not been a good day. To much has happened and I am tired. So today I am going to let it slide. Since I am trying to make my goals a reality, I must let it slide.

I having been doing a good job of getting to work early (one of my goals), so sleep is calling me. So today (or tonight I should say),I will let the dishes sit in the sink until tomorrow.

So good night dishes. I will attack you tomorrow.

P.S.
I took the cutiest pictures of little Nate for his birthday invitations. I will post them soon.
